Following news of the ban on commercial motorcycles and tricycles from highways and major roads, a bike rider was spotted with charms on the street of Lagos.
It was gathered that the bike rider was seen driving recklessly along Agege road with an assorted charm (alias Juju) in his hand to attack anyone who dares to stop and tries to arrest him.
